How To Look After Your Eyelashes
Do not touch...
Try not to touch your eyelashes much, particularly for the first 24 hours after your eyelashes treatment.
The more you touch your eyelashes, the more oils from your fingers get on them & strain on the root of the eyelashes.
Avoid oil...
Try to avoid contact with oil, any products which contain oil will break the bond between the eyelashes & the glue.
Please check which makeup remover you use and any moisturiser/skin routine.
Removing makeup...
The best way to remove your makeup is by using micellar water & a Q-tip around your eyes.
Micellar water is made up of micelles suspended in soft water. It is attracted to dirt & oil and is able to draw out impurities without drying out your skin.
Keep them dry...
Keep your eyelashes as dry as possible for at least 24-48 hours after your eyelash treatment. This means it’s ideal if you don’t wash your hair during this time.
This also includes avoiding steamy environments, hot showers, spas, saunas etc..
If it’s a very hot & humid day, try to stay out of the heat if possible.
Leave them alone...
Try not to pick or play with your lashes or rub your eyes roughly, it can really damage your natural eyelashes by picking/messing with the individuals.
What about mascara...
If you wish to use mascara, please only use waterproof based mascara & eyeliner. Usually the eyeliner that looks similar to a felt tip/pen is fine to use.
